From manually toasting the sesame seeds to browning the butter, it’s wow on that first bite.
I started baking with mochi (rice flour) due to my child’s health, when we discovered he had a sensitivity to wheat, eggs, and dairy. It changed the way I use ingredients, and elevated my understanding of food’s impact on our bodies.
So in 2022 — inspired by my family, culture, and travels — I decided to dive 100% into Everyday Bakeshop in hopes of being able to share my creations with others.
